Mathew has spent the past two decades of his life traveling nationally and internationally speaking to thousands, developing leaders, and equipping people for everyday life in both the for-profit and non-profit sectors. As a gifted communicator with an unwavering desire to help people win, he has an uncanny ability to orchestrate, inspire, and unite a room full of people to achieve powerful results. Mathew has been married for 21 years and has two children. He and his family reside in Dallas, Texas.
Moses brings the highest level of energy to every event he facilitates and keeps participants motivated and engaged throughout. Moses' family is from a small town in Nigeria and he is the first from his village to be born in America and currently resides in Dallas, Texas. He has been a professional performer since 2008 and has shared the international stage with some of the biggest names in the music industry, has made multiple tv appearances, and is featured in several major publications. With a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Work and a Master's degree in Social Science Administration, she is hard wired to help and serve others. She has an eagerness to surpass expectations and consistently creates solutions that honor the mission and parameters of each client we have the privilege of partnering with. Stephanie currently resides in Sacramento, California.

Are you available nationwide?
Absolutely! Our corporate office is located in Dallas, Texas which is conveniently located by two major airports — Dallas Fort Worth International and Dallas Love Field. Our team is in the air traveling to major cities across the Unites States on a weekly basis leading Charity Team Building events.
How long are your events?
Our recommended time for a Team Building event is two hours. From our experience, this window of time is the sweet spot. With that said, we are more than willing to accommodate whatever length of time you desire your event to be — shorter or longer. Regardless of the time frame, your Team Building event will be top notch, action packed, fun, and unforgettable!
Where do the events take place?
Anywhere you choose! The most common venue selections include conference centers, corporate offices, auditoriums, and hotels. Our team is continuously in the air traveling to bring our Team Building events to cities across the nation.
How much advance notice is needed to book an event?
Because excellence is of the upmost importance to us, we prefer a Team Building event is booked with us no less than three weeks before the date of the event. With that said, we can accommodate a shorter window of time and still execute an incredible event!
What are the minimum and maximum number of people for each event?
There is no maximum or minimum number of people required for a Team Building event. Each of our events are designed to accommodate any group regardless of the size — from hundreds to just a handful.
What results can we expect at an event?
Every event is packed full of team building principles from beginning to end. Your wants, desires, and goals are kept at the forefront of everything we do throughout your Team Building event to ensure your expectations are not only met but exceeded. You can expect fun, laughter, friendly competition, memorable moments, practical application, and an experience that is second to none!
How does the charity part of an event work?
Throughout our time together, teams will be competing (albeit friendly competition) for charitable items related to your specific event. As the event comes to a close we will invite the representative from the Charity Organization into the room, give them an opportunity to briefly share the vision of their organization, present them with the donations, and take a group photo with everyone. This is the exclamation point on every Empower Event!
Can we choose our own charity organization?
We have vetted and partner with only the best and most reputable charity organizations across the nation. With that said, we are more than happy to work with any organization your company would like to partner with if they are not already on our recommended list.
Can the number of attendees be adjusted once we have signed a contract?
Absolutely! We will request a final head count two weeks before your Team Building event so we can ensure an excellent experience for everyone.
How much does an event cost?
The cost of your event will depend on several factors including the type of event you choose and the number of participants you will have. Simply request a quote or contact us and we will be able to tell you exactly how much your event will cost.
What all is included in your pricing?
Everything! We'll spell it all out for you in our proposal and initial conversation but, rest assured, we mean it when we say our events are turnkey.
Are there any hidden fees?
No way! What you will see in your proposal and contract is exactly what you will get. The price you are given is comprehensive and all-inclusive.
What is required to book an event?
We will send you a contract to review and e-sign as well as request a 50% deposit. As soon as those two items are complete your event is booked with us! Your balance will be due in full two weeks prior to the date of your event.
